Windsor County Partners is a nonprofit agency providing caring adult mentors for youth ages 7-18 throughout Windsor County, Vermont, since 1974. We are seeking a three-quarter time Executive Director.
This individual will be responsible for overall program management, supervising five part-time employees, and working with the Board of Directors to ensure continued financial stability through grant writing and fundraising efforts. Additional responsibilities include enhancing community connections, training mentors, and overseeing the mentorships in compliance with national standards.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a graduate degree, in a related field. Applicants must also have at least eight years of relevant work experience that includes management responsibilities. Some background with vulnerable populations is beneficial. Enthusiasm and strong communications skills are essential. Target orientation date is July 18, 2018.
