The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) has a new career opportunity!  The Children’s Integrated Services (CIS) Coordinator provides leadership to the regional CIS system of care in all aspects of systems development, service delivery, professional development, financing, data collection and evaluation for the CIS array of services (Early Intervention, Family Support, Nursing, Specialized Child Care and Early Childhood and Family Mental Health), with the goal of supporting families in accessing needed services in a coordinated and integrated manner.   The CIS Coordinator serves as a liaison between the Department for Children and Families Child Development Division and regional CIS service providers and teams.

If you have a Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field; a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience with young children and their families; detailed knowledge of the local region’s network of maternal and early childhood supports and services and processes for accessing them; excellent verbal and written communication skills – bilingual abilities are a plus; and a general understanding of funding related to early childhood supports and services; we’d like to hear from you!
